The philosophy for this project's internal network was completely different from the public site. Here this emphasis is on quick downloads. The navigation and most of the text effects are accomplished with cascading style sheets. Images are kept to a minimum, and where necessary, as in the case of maps, they are offered for download rather than displayed.
